400 g black tea, brewed (approx. 3 tea bags)
115 g sultanas or candied chopped mixed peel
55 g glacé cherries, halved
115 g caster sugar
255 g self-raising flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
½ tsp fine sea salt
1 tsp ground mixed spice
1 Tbsp golden syrup
