  • 115 g sultanas or candied chopped mixed peel
  • 55 g glacé cherries, halved
  • 115 g caster sugar
  • 255 g self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • ½ tsp fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground mixed spice
  • 1 Tbsp golden syrup
